Was a different web access user group defined other than "Everyone" during the DLPWCF installation? If the group or user defined does not have the proper rights, it might be the cause of the issue.
To test, reinstall the DLPWCF service and use the group "Everyone" and see if it resolves the issue.
It is ridiculous that you have to reinstall DLPWCF to change the access group! I had to reinstall it to link it to an AD group.
I hope they change that in the future version.
Thanks for the pointer. The DLPWCF service was installed with everyone originally, but a fresh uninstall/install of it has managed to resolve the issue anyway - may just be a versions issue?
If you upgraded the extension and the package but did not upgrade the DLPWCF service, you will experience issues.
