    Cannot access evidence

      Hi,

       

      We recently upgraded the version of the DLP agent, however now we are unable to open any evidence files that have been captured because:

       

      "Evidence cannot be opened since no suitable password was found"

       

      I'm assuming the two are linked - any idea as to how I would go about getting access to the evidence files again?
