activation probelm with mcafee security center 2011

I am having a major problem with activating this product,  i am using window 7 home premium service pack 1.  security center 2011 was pre-installed on this laptop which is a toshiba satellite c660-1d7.  the product was activated when the laptop was purchased and was working fine,  but now i get messages that i am not protected and when i click on the security centre activation button nothing happens.  i have tried to run the C:\Program Files\McAfee.com\Agent\mcupdate.exe from the cmd prompt and i have started all the servives and set the all to automatic but still nothing happening,  i ran the virtual tech and it found problems but could not fix them all below are results full results attached,  ive already tried unistalling and reinstalling but it will not work, i am wondering does it have to do with the file directory in program files  can anyone help me with this issue.

If it's already activated it wont help much to activate it again unless it was uninstalled at some point.   Have you been using any registry cleaners by any chance?   If so can their work be reversed?  They have a habit of destroying important registry keys and in my view are just as dangerous as malware.   This can also happen if System Restore has been used to go back quite a long time.  McAfee has to be updated immediately in that case if possible.

If not then try uninstalling McAfee altogether via Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a Program.

Then run the MCPR cleanup tool listed under Useful Links at the top of this page and reboot immediately.

Reinstall your product from the online account.
