Is the machine standalone or ePO managed?
If ePO managed then in the update task, please check the box 'BOP DAT for VSE' and it will update the BOP DAT to version 516.
Make sure that BOP is downloaded through pull task and is available in the repository.
If the machine is standalone then please do an update now and that will pull BOP updates from McAfee source website.
It's standalone with no www connection. I'll have to download it from the McAfee website, but can't seem to find it. Do you know what it might be called?
I apologize, we don't have BOP DAT available like DAT/Engine.
I will sugest you to replace vscan.bof (\Program files\McAfee\VSE) from the machine where BOP DAT is updated to other machine. Rebooting the machine may be needed.
Not sure what was wrong in the end. Reinstalled McAfee VirusScan and updated with the same gem files as before and it worked fine.
