SafeBoot Client Manager service terminated unexpectedly

      EEM 5.2.8;  EEPC  5.2.5 & 5.2.8

I have a few machines where the SafeBoot Client Manager service has stopped.   Any ideas on how to find what is causing?  After restarting the service, I don't think that the problem re-occurs on the same system, but it is happening randomly to small numbers of systems.  The event log from a sample machine has the following events.

      System Event Log Info

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
