Outlook 2010 is it allowed in the Internet connections and programs setting?
Peacekeeper - Yes, Outlook is allowed in the internet connections and programs setting, with FULL access.
Can you post your version numbers of Security centre VS and Anti Spam.
Also have you got the chat service request number?
I will point a higher tech to you as nothing I can see will help.
I would think a setting in outlook is clashing as email works fine for 99.999% posters here.

I had a chat with my mom and she mentioned that craigslist has blocked her email address. She uses the same domain that we do, turkpage.com, it's a family website. Made me wonder, could McAfee be blocking my domain, not my email servers? And if possible, how could I check for that? I was getting email through my comcast account so that would make sense.
Sorry, thinking out loud.
Let me know if you have any thoughts around the above. I sent a message to my domain host to see if any spam has been going out from my domain, waiting for that reply.
I wonder can you unselect netguard in the firewall settings and see if that helps If so allow your domain ip in the list.
