Exclusions On Access Scan doesn't work

In our company we use Solidworks. For normal operation we have to exclude some files from the On Access Scan. In our Policy's we set the following exclusions:

      C:\path-name\*.sldasm
      C:\path-name\*.sldprt
      C:\path-name\*.slddrw

(where "path-name" is a normal working UNC path)

Sadly this doesn't work. During the On Access Scan we can see the files with those exclusions are scanned and are slowing down the system.

Temporarely I have made an exlusion on everything what is in that path. This is working and the time to open files is halved.

But when there will be a virus in this directory it won't be scanned. So this is a unsafe situation.

Who can help me to solve my problem?

      Best regards,
