This is because over the years certain pieces of malware have used or exploited the sysinternals tools, so we detect them as potentially unwanted. If they are meant to be present on the machine where they were detected, then please exclude them.
Complementing Joe's answer please note that unwanted exclusions had to be made by the detection name (in a different policy section than file exclusions) and not the file name it had found as being a certain unwanted program. Thought you'd need this piece of info.
Exclusion by filename won't work (as it did so for us in a similar case).
