Insecure content delivered via HTTPS to be blocked by Chrome

This Community site uses https, but sometimes in Chrome I see the green and padlocked https symbol in the address bar replaced by a red https with a red line through it, indicating that a script or CSS or other resource is being loaded over http. This does not, at present, prevent the insecure content from being displayed - but when Chrome 14 arrives the rules for accepting and displaying insecure content will be tightened, and further tightened with subsequent releases. It may be that insecure content simply will not be allowed to download.
