      Is it normal practice to enable scriptscan? We are finding that it is significantly reducing the performance of systems using Javascript. This article from McAfee is rather vague but tends towards disabling it:

          I can only tell you what we do.. We "ENABLE" it by default but will change that setting on specific machines where it becomes a problem.. We've not found that it was a major problem for our users. Your use and mileage may vary.
