1st open The security centre ie click on the shield. Go to navigation and quarantined and Quarantined and trusted items and choose quarantined items. Select all and delete.
If too many use the manual method. IE go to that folder above after booting in safe mode and delete the files.
You will have to disable Access Protection in SecurityCenter first if you plan on deleting the contents of the Quarantine folder in Windows Explorer rather than using the interface's own method.
To do that open SecurityCenter, click Navigation then General Settings and Alerts.
You'll see Access Protection, click it and uncheck it and click Apply.
Delete only the contents of the Quarantine folder, not the folder itself.
Don't forget to re-enable Access Protection.
You can minimize what is sent to that folder by unchecking 'Tracking Cookies' in Real-Time Scanning > Settings in Virus and Spyware Protection if you wish.
