    Possible Trojan?

Recently I've noticed my computer starting to slow down greatly, even if it's a downloaded program or Firefox my computer freezes up and wont start working for a good five minutes. Any time I run a McAfee scan it pulls up nothing, but I will get pop ups repeatedly telling me a Trojan was removed. The Trojaen is always named different and located in a different place. Has anyone ever had this happen? Any advice is much appreciated.

Try scanning with McAfee's new Fake Alert Stinger but read the 'Learn How to Use the Stinger Tool' very carefully.

Please let me know how you get on with it.

If it fails to stop these popup warnings then download, update (very important) and run the FREE version of THIS tool.

(If for any reason the infection stops the above in regular mode try doing all the above in 'Safe Mode with Networking', reached by tapping F8 repeatedly while booting up.

It's usually #2 on the ensuing menu.

I've scanned with Malwarebytes before and it pulled up three items, one of them was named Trojan but I dont remember the others and foolishly enough I deleted the log. I scanned again with Malwarebytes and it picked up nothing, same thing with Stinger. The alerts from Mcafee have stopped so far but my computer is still freezing.

Download and run Hijackthis then post its log on one of the following forums along with the details of the problem for expert advice.

Do not post Hijackthis logs here, we can't help with  those!

Post the logs at a specialist Forum:

              MAJOR GEEKS

              MALWARE REMOVAL

              SPYWARE INFO

Be sure to read all the sticky announcements/instructions at the top of each malware forum!

Are you scanning in Safe mode or Normal mode?

Allow me to clear some things up.

The first time I scanned with Mcafee, MalwareBytes, and Mcafee Fake Stinger and only MalwareBytes found something. It found three things which I recall one was named "Trojan" the others had random numbers and letters in their names, foolishly I deleted the Log... then I scanned AGAIN with MalwarBytes and it found nothing, after that I haven't gotten a pop up from Mcafee but my computer is still freezing often.

Then I scanned in "Safe Mode" with all three systems and none of them found nothing.

I could really use some help, any is welcomed.
