I am guessing someone messed up the custom theme you are using and removed, or moved the token list of the side of the screen.
perhaps just hit enter when the screen comes up to see if the token list is highlighted?
if not, do a boot once recovery or something to get windows started, then make sure your theme is valid.

It would be best to contacty your helpdesk then and ask them to recover your machine?
