    Safe boot Problem

      We have a pc that is used daily now comes up with the error 0xe0050017 'The Isolation Period has expired'

      We tried to do a machine recovery, but get the error 0xdb010010 'Object not Found'

       

      Does anybody have an path I can take to fix this,  Thanks.

          you have been offline too long - you simply need to do a machine boot once recovery, then sync with EEM. Then the machine will work again. however, if you're getting object not found, then someone has deleted that machine from EEM.

           

          You'll need to go find it in a backup and restore it. Otherwise, you'll have to use SafeTech or EETech to do a disaster recovery. 

           

          no need to do anything re user recovery though - that's not needed, and won't help.

                Thanks for the help.  We will have to use the SafeTech method.

                  steps to follow to fix this issue:

                   

                  1) Do user recovery to login to the mahcine.

                  2) get the SDB file from the EEM or found the machine in deleted items

                  •     if you get the SDB file steps to follow.

                                 ... go to the machine group on EEM then right click on machine group then browse for the SDB file then clikc on ok.

                  • Perform syncronisation on the machine locally

                   

                  If you get the machine in deleted items then click on restore after that perform syncornisation on the machine

                    the poster already said that they don't have the machine in EEM, therefore they don't have an SDB file available to them?
