    MVM & Remedy 7.1

      Does anyone know if there is a module that will connect the two for ticket generation and management?  I have seen the documents covering SNMP but was looking for an API type solution.

          There is no *packaged* API solution for this. 


          I do believe other customers may have contracted with our Expert Services group to construct solutions around Remedy, but you'd need to reach out to them (talk to your sales person for a Expert Services contact) to find out.

            Thank you Cathy, I appreciate the info.  I am not directly involved in the Remedy contract so I did not know who would need to be contacted.  I will pass this along to management and let them run with it.
