I am French, since McAfee is no longer active yesterday !!!!!!!
No way to recover assets except by stopping the computer on again, but it starts again.
What to do in case there and why we have this major problem

Really sound s as if the install got corrupted best to Uninstall reinstall. but chat to the french techs (go to tech services ain useful links tab above)
