Your IT department can copy the data off using a WinTech disk, or they can decrypt it. There's nothing you can do as an end user of the software - only your company has the recovery information.
Is this also in case, that I am full administrator of my laptop and if I have my password credentials to encryption software?
It's not enough - you need to be an administrator of the Encryption management software. Just being an administrator of your own machine is not enough. As I say, you need to call your helpdesk - there's nothing you can do, or anyone can do without their assistance.
