From the screenshot, I see that for some of the machines, engine version is showing blank.
That's the reason, the machine is showing non-complaint.
I will suggest you to upgrade the agent extension to latest one (build: 4.5.191) and then send agent wakeup call.
hi Hem, ok. will do that. And thanks for your help.
Actually, I don't think that will help... looking at this, you've got multiple product properties reported for the same machine. We're looking at a couple of cases like this at the moment, and I was working on the same thing wiht another forum user a while back.
The easiest way to fix this at the moment is to delete the machine from ePO - do not select the "unistall agent" option - and then wait for the machine to communicate with ePO again. When it does, it will reappear with the correct values and should then show up as compliant.
Previously, how i solve this issue was to completely uninstall all McAfee products from user's laptop. Then delete the current agent in EPO, and redeploy agent on same user, which is tedious but it managed to resolve this issue.
But the same issue came back again, this time its on another user... so its rather annoying.
I will try out your method and let you know if it works. Thanks!
