    Login Error Message

      When trying to login in my account after I submit my email address and password, I get a message "An unexpected error has occurred" or the web page is unavailable.  How do I login?

          Hello lillyb,


          Could you please clear all your cache and cookies from your browser and let us know the status;

          Delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.


          Microsoft Internet Explorer:

          1. Open Internet Explorer.
          2. Tools and select Internet Options.


          If you are using Internet Explorer 7:

          1. On the General tab under Browsing History, click Delete.
          2. Under the Cookies section, click Delete cookies.
          3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete file.


          If you are using Internet Explorer 8:

          1. On the General tab under Browsing History, click Delete.
          2. On the Deleted Browsing History dialog box, confirm all the following are selected:
          • Preserve Favorites
          • Temporary Internet files
          • Cookies
          • History
          1. Click Delete files.
          1. Click OK.


          Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and 3.6:

          1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
          2. Tools and click Clear Recent History.
          3. Select the time range you want to clear.
          4. Click the arrow beside Details.
          5. Select the boxes next to and Cookies, then click Clear Now.

            After deleting cache and cookies as per instructions, I get the error message "The website cannot display the page - The website is under maintenance or the website has a programming error" when trying to login to my account.
