    Enterprise Mobility Management - Email Provisoning

      Hello everyone,

       

      I have been experiencing this issue for quite some time and I can't pin point what the problem may be.

       

      1. I Install the EMM App and enter the proper credentials and all works great.

      2. Email provisions and all policies apply.

       

      But when I connect to an external wifi connection, I could still manage the iPad but the email doesn't sync. It only syncs when I am connected to our internal wifi connection. I have talked to technical support and they mentioned we needed port 5223 opened. We just opened up the port, but still have the same issue. Can anyone assist? Or has someone experienced the same issue?
