    McAfee Virtual Technician found a number of registery & COM errors it couldn't fix.  What are options

      MVT 's solution of the problems it couldn't fix is for me to remove and reinstall the product.  Do I have any other options?

      I can provide the log files to a McAfee Tech support person for review.

       

      I'm also getting invalid Certificate errors using Turbo Tax.  I can't connect to their Check for Updates or send my tax filing.

            I had a chat session with a McAfee technition and he got my Internet explorer to work again.

            I can't find a way to add a file in this screen.  My options are insert a photo or insert a movie.  Where is there a control attach a document?  Thank LA_Lewis

              When you click on 'Reply', you can see 'Use advanced editor' on top right corner, click on that and you can see 'Choose file' at the bottom left to attach a file.
