      I have just renewed my McAfee Subscription, and ever since I did, it is telling me my Account is over its size limit = Account Error 3!!!


      What do I do???????????????

          It appears that the Customer Service website is down at the moment which may be something to do with it.   It and the Technical Support site have both been having problems for the last 48 hours and they are working on it.


          I can't access it myself at the moment so I suggest giving Customer Service a call, it's free, all you'll need to give them is the registered email address on the account:

            Are you still getting the account error 3 . Does it says any prompt regarding McAfee Online back up !!!!
