Wait unfortunately, it should though resume from where it left off if you cancel it - there's always a chance for the disk to mess up though of course.
It's much faster if you use WinTech though - takes as long as the initial encryption does.
Wintech is the faster and better way to retrieve your data from, rather than using the Safeboot.

but have some question
1. what if I cancle and try to decrpyt Wintech now ? (is there data loss chances ?)
2. Why its fast in wintech and not in Safetech ? (if you meant decpryion in Wintech, or mount Hdd and get data ?)

There's always a chance, but as long as you are NOT doing a force decrypt, the chance is low. The region list is updated as it goes.
It's faster in WinTech because it uses the Windows 32bit drivers to handle the disk - SafeTech has to switch the BIOS in and out.
