Ok, so this morning I had "cut and pasted" IMPORTANT files to my McAfee Vault, after doing so i tried to lock it and got the infamous "these files are in use" message; to lock it I finally set the default to lock after being idle for 1 minute, after my computer had gone to the screen saver I returned and tried to open the vault, when I did, the vault was empty and all my files are gone! I called McAfee and they have no idea where my files are. I am awaiting a 2nd phone call from them and in the mean time hoping someone on here can help me! Thanks! BTW I am using a Windows 7 OS, so I have no clue how to look for hidden files, maybe someone can help with that too!
