    Service Portal registration, no User ID?



      I wanted to sign up an account for the service portal and when I get the "Password Reset Verification" email it asks me to type in my user id which I don't have. How or where can I obtain my user id and how can I reset the whole process since my email is now "registert" and can't be used twice. Also my GRANT code is now in use I guess?!


      Help would be appreciated








      solved the problem on my own. The User ID is the email you typed in when you registered your account
