    Adding trusted sites

      I am running Windows Vista. I purchased TaxAct software to file my taxes.  It will not let me print. TaxAct tech support tells me it is because I have to add tasact as a trusted site.  I googled the process but could not find instructions that seem to apply to the (current) version of Internet Security that I am running.  Can anyone tell me how to add trusted sites?  Also Does it matter whether I use IE or Firefox as a browser?  Thanks.
