I would run a quick scan with Malwarebytes.It is a great second opinion scanner.Plus it is free.Here is the link.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Sometimes when the sensitivity is set very high I would assume it is possible Stinger may alert a false positive.Run this program & see if you come up clean.
