boot win wintech and check disk information
pasthe the disk information here and we will go from there..
Call YOUR helpdesk and ask them to help you out - you can't do anything without their support anyway as only they have the recovery information for your machine.
i have allready call but they said that nothing happned . admin helpdesk said that nothig to do .
first are you site it and familiar with MEE? if not check with your it support who familiar with MEE.
ask them if they knw sector by sector recovery.
you format and install new os without decrypt your disk..
and did you able to boot to new os?
if you can boot to your new os then your D is still encrypted.
normally there will be popups asking you to format d drive because it's unknown - of course it's encrypted and unknown
if you;re not formating it yet you can use partinfo (from eepc tools) and check for reminder/unknown start and total disk sector
used this sector with wintect for sector by sector decryption
if you already formating d then use partinfo to get this d: start and total disk sector
use wintech to do sector by sector decryption
since you;re already format you will need 3rd party recovery tools such as ntfs recovery to recover your data in D: drive.
hope that help.
mirrorless - Bhautik can't do the decryption, because he does not have the key for the drive any more - he lost that when he formatted his C partition. His only salvation will be from his helpdesk, hopefully they still have the recovery blob.
of course he will need key to do the decryption
that why i ask him to check with his site it or anyone or anyone who own that encryption portion
unless he install the hp encryption tools if he lose the key and formated there no way to recover.
I have alo remove this node to Mcafee EEPC From server .
