So I've recently been told by my McAfee that "Real-time scanning is off", etc. and no matter how many times I clicked the option to turn it back on, it would simply shut off again. This is not the first time it has happened to me, so I went through the instructions on the site. None of them worked, so I tried the Virtual Technician (detected nothing wrong) and submitted information for a chat with a technician. But when I clicked the chat button... I was brought back to the support page.
Additionally, McAfee is unable to update despite my Internet connection being clear. I have no idea if the two are linked, but it suggests I talk to a technician which doesn't seem to work because of the aforementioned issue getting into a chat with one.
Any ideas on what I can do?
