    Agents not reporting to epo 4.5

      I have deployed agents via epo console to a remote site and they did not check-in with the epo server.  Then I attempted to do a manual uninstall/reinstall and the agents are still not reporting to epo server.  I stopped HIPS/AV and that doesn't help either.  When I remote into the workstations/servers I see the McAfee services running.  I checke the SiteList.xml file and it has the correct epo server IP as well.

       

      I have verified that this is not a firewall issue.  What else can I do to get this resolved?
