Go into Automation -> Server Tasks and find your task that you have setup to update your repositories. Go into the task and make sure you have it set to "All Repositories" or if you are using the "Selected Repositories" option that the 2 repositories in question are listed to receive the updates.
The log snippet indicates ePO could not connect to the SA repository. I would first check if the system is reachable from the ePO server (ping, nslookup etc) and also check if telnet to the system from ePO works on port 8081 for a start.
Secondly, enable debug level 8 and post a more complete EPOApsvr.log file if the issue persists. To enable debug level 8 log, please refer to KB56207.
Basically Mcaffe has a lot of issues with SA repositories thats why you could create a UNC

All repositories have been selected as asked.
Ping/Nslookups/ACL's have all been successful so not a network issue.
The error message within EPO when replication fails is: failed to connect error 10060
When I go to software>distributed repositories and select 'view packages' of the repository I get the error : failed to start inet session
