Hello, the Android devices do not support encryption and will be blocked be the proxy server if you have the setting in your policies set to block devices that do not support encryption. I would check your policies and verify that this is not turned on. This is the first place to look.

I did check your tips but non-encrypted devices is supported.
Even if I block non-encrypted devices in my policy I believe they would be able to provision but would not be compliant.
The other thing that you can try it to update your Device Catalog to the lastest version. Access the downloads section of the McAfee website and then navigate to the Enterprise Mobility Management section. Download the Device Catalog from the 9.5.5 version and upload that into your device catalog. That can be done in the console by navigating to the system settings and then select the device catalog. You must leave the catalog in a zipped format for it to install.
I resolved the issue, it was a certificate issue.
