I'm seeing the same thing. It's getting harder and harder to maintain hosts up to date with all the problems that are appearing.
Check your Virus scan engine version is uptodate.....
Remove the TestEngDat32 from "C:\Temp\TestEngDat32"
Virus scan engine is update and my epo is also uptodate with lates patches and updates
I have seen a few of these in my environment. So far, I have been able to work around the issue by reinstalling the agent.
