I ran into a similar error on one of 5 systems doing this upgrade.
The upgrade backed itself out and the system continued functioning. Support had to go flip a few bits before we could try again. They attributed the error to a network glitch.
The machine that had the error is essentially identical to 3 other systems which had no issue and reapplication of the hotfix went smoothly.
Possibly there actually is a network dependency in the hotfix (why once downloaded?) and if so, failure is just a case of bad luck.
i have fix the error, i have changed the hostname of the device, and then i change back to the orginal hostname, after save and reboot the backup run fine.
