On reboot, are you able to login to ePO server succesfully or getting plugin errors at startup?
If getting plugin errors then I believe you are using dynamic port in SQL enterprise manager.
I will suggest you to set to use static port.

yes i'm facing plugin error each time after the server restart. then i can log in to the epo successfully after restaring the McAfee Application service.
regarding the dynamic or static port for the SQL, how and from where can i put a static port. i don't have an experience with such issue.
In the SQL enterprise manager=>Protocol for MSSQLSERVER (or for ePO DB instance)=>TCP/IP=>IP addresses.
Under IP All, just delete TCP Dynamic port and write any static port under TCP port (standard is 1433).
Please stop the ePO server and modify db.port value= static port (you set in SQL enterprise manager) in db.properties files on the ePO server (\Program files\McAfee\ePO\Server\Conf\Orion), save the changes, restart the ePO services and I believe the issue will be fixed.
