    Agent Handler- Dual NIC- Wrong IP Address Chosen

      Hi there

      I have an agent handler in the DMZ, with multiple NICS in it. When this is installed, the 'incorrect' NIC IP address is collected, and used by the Agent Handler, and thus, the EPO Server and Clients.

      This is a known issue with Dual NIC'ed EPO Servers, and is resolved by adding a line at the bottom of the server.ini file located in

      C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB

      [server]

      ServerIPAddress=10.X.X.X

      I know this, because this modification infact worked for the main EPO Server

      I have tried updating the server.ini file located in C:\Program Files\McAfee\Agent Handler\DB, but it does not make any difference. I have also tried 'deleting' the agent handler form epo, and re-running the AgentHandler installer using the msi 'repair' or modily feature, after i have ammended the server.ini, but it makes no difference. The IP address is picked up in EPO.  I do know of a work around for it, where i can Published DNS Name and Published IP Address, but i would prefer it if i could get it working natively, without the fudge.

      Any Ideas?

      James
