Just recently released, the McAfee GTI Proxy and Proxy appliance are new products. They have not been on product support chat product selection list.
As the aim is to proxy VirusScan GTI lookups, but managed in ePO (including log retrieval and monitoring), where should one report any issue in implementation and other issues during operation: to VirusScan Enteprise, or ePolicy Orchestrator?
Where to report any issue that specifically happens on the virtual host itself?
All support issues related to GTI Proxy should be raised under VirusScan Enterprise support. This includes issues with the proxy appliance component.
