    Ping/RDP issue after outbreak

      We had a Virus outbreak, after which the ePO server is now under some kind of "lock-down" you cannot ping or RDP to it, where is this setting as I also cannot deploy or wake up agents now.

       

      Has anyone experienced this before, do I have to re-install now ?
