Is the machine encrypted? If so no, without the sdb file, or a valid user/password there is no way to recover the data. There is no back door.

The encryption was just started, We can say hardly 5% data is encrypted. As 95% of the data not yet encrypted so is cant we proceed for data recovery for the same or let say for other partition in which encryption is not started even ?
yes - that's an option - try and use a file recovery tool to rescue what's still unencrypted.
Personally I'd try to mount SBFS in WinTech and poke around in the 00000001 object class in the datastore and try and work out a valid user name - perhaps there are some assigned, you just don't know the correct name for them...
