How do I remove a FakeAlert!Smart Security Virus?

My computer has recently been infected with a Personal Internet Security 2011 fake alert virus. I followed the instructions written in the community document entitled "Required Reading - Home User Assistance Malware Troubleshooting". After running Stinger I received the folowing report. This did not fix my problem so I ran another Stinger scan but in the preferences I selected the option to delete instead of report. This resulted in a report indicating that a Trojan virus had been deleted. I'm not sure what my next step is. I can't seem to get rid of this virus. Any suggestions?
