Did you try updating the McAfee and running a complete system scan in Safe mode ? If not, please do so and report the findings.
Sudeep, please navigate to https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB60909 and have a look at our KB regarding conficker. Generally speeking if you are still have problems with this infection after a scan / reboot / scan cycle then we would need to look for .dll or .sys files that have been recently modified.
Please check these directories for any recently modified suspicious files.

c:\documents and settings\%USER%\local settings\temp\
Verify this files, but is so important get the windows updates and a lot of VSE ODS
