Cannot connect to the internet after uninstalling McAfee

      Help!

I have an Acer laptop with Windows XP, using Internet Explorer with wireless connection. My subscription to McAfee expired and I decided to uninstall. I uninstalled it using Add/Remove programs and was unable to connect to the internet after rebooting.

I have run mcrp.exe but the connection was not repaired after I rebooted. MCRP did not indicate that it was unsuccessful, but in looking at the log, I did find an error. I am attaching the log file.

      Please help!!

          Hi there,

Please navigate through these below location , manually delete the McAfee folder, which would help us to drill this down further ?

          C:\Program files & common files

          C:\Documents & settings\All users\Application data

Note  :If you are unable to delete McAfee files , please try the same in safe mode.

Restart the computer and check if you are able to access Internet ,

          Regards,
