How to bypass a user from port 443 (SSL)

    jont717

We have a single user who uses a Java program from Verizon called CMAC.  It is for telephone support and switching.

No matter what I try I cannot get this program to work.  I put it in every SSL bypass I can think of, including all whitelists.  It still just quits while she uses it.

If I take the Users IP address and put it in the Global Whitelist - Allowed Host, it works fine. (This is because she skips the gateway entirely)

The program uses port 443 to communicate continuisly.  Sending GET and POSTs

I would like to bypass this user from using 443 at all through the Gateway.  How?
