As requested in a previous threadMultiple entries for the same PC I'm starting a new thread with some additional screenshots.
I'm seeing the following:
1. Multiple entries for same system in system tree
2. Mutliple entries for same system when performing search (either system tree filter or search applet on dashboard)
3. System details showing product (no versions) and product with version info present
4. All entries are checked when selecting only a single one.
It isn't causing big problems but is throwing off some report results due to the multiple entries.
Also need to add that with all entries, the agent GUID, last communication time, and MAC address are identical.

Okay, that shows the same problems as the other cases I've seen - the machine reports the same product multiple times. I'm still trying to get to the bottom of this.
Please open a case with support for this.
