what model UTM unit is this occurring on ?
are you using http or https ?
and which version of firmware ?
This is a SnapGear SG580 router.

It happens whether I use http or https.
I get the same blank (white) screen when choosing Services Status from the home page.

try 4.0.8 firmware, but I am not convinced it is a firmware issue.
The reason I say this is you will probably need to open a support ticket as the next step...so it would be wise to see if the newer firmware did resolve this ( I remember a few changes to the web interface in earlier versions of 4. )
Thanks so much. I am sure it is better to upgrade anyway. Now, I have a silly question. If I upgrade the firmware, will my configuration files be deleted? Do I need to do this on a downtime? I work for a public library so it is important that our customers do not have any down time in the services we provide (internet in this case).

the upgrade would be painless.
it would need a downtime of around ten minutes.
all configuration settings will be preserved.
but allways take a backup before you start , as you woud with any upgrade in IT
