Policy exception needed for SAE and Super agent

Hello all, we have recently installed EPO 4.5.  The default policies for access protection are quite restrictive.  So restrictive in fact that it won't even allow other McAfee products to install!  I am trying to push Site Advisor to desktops as well as a super agent to some machines.  Can anyone enlighten me as to what I need to do to create an exception for these pieces of software?

      Thanks in advance

          Hello Norbordnet,

Can you please upload your access protection log file which might be found at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\McAfee\DesktopProtection\AccessProtectionLog.txt ?

Basically you need to take a look on this file and add all of the blocked executables to the exceptions of each affected AP rule.

          Hope this helps.

          Regards,

          Bruno
