    Antivirus Status: Invalid in Trustcentre

      Guys...!!!

       

      Acn anyone help me to find out this issue..

       

      In Outlook --> Tools --> Trustcentre --> Programmatic Access ---> Antivirus Status:Invalid. This version of windows supports antivirus detection, but no antivirus was found on outlook 2007 trustcentre for few users in our enviornment. Where as other users are all having Antivirus Status: Valid.

       

      I have checked the Mcafee Version / Dat version / Pushed latest version from server into desktop / reconfigured the outlook with new profile still dosent work.....!!!!

       

      We are having... Windows XP Prof.. SP3 with Office 2007 Outlook SP2

       

      Can any one help me out....!!!
