I currently have a standalone 6.7.2 HF4 box that is our Secure Web Delivery box, has anyone else ran into an issue when a
user tries to obtain a message and receives a Tomcat/Apache 500 Error and is unable to access the site to logon and
decrypt their message? Currently that is the only issue I run into with some users, and I have tested with obtaining
messages using IE 6, 7 and 8 as well as Firefox and can never personally reproduce this error myself. I've been told its
possibly a browser issue. Is there an IE setting or something that is causing this issue?
