FMR - Only create GetSusp.xml once getsusp finishes

I notice that the first thing Getsusp does when it runs is create GetSusp.xml and the Logs directory. This can make it difficult to determine when a Getsusp session has finished (if running remotely / via EPO etc).

Is it possible to create the GetSusp.xml file as GetSusp.tmp (or something similar), and then rename at the end of the operation to signify everything is complete?
