Please do not use CAPSLOCKS. First obvious step: If a client pings the server by it's computername, does the correct IPaddress show?
You'll need to provide more details. Where specifically did you change the IP range? Did you change the IP address of your ePO server?
I am pretty sure that the FramePkg.exe that installs the McAfee Agent on client machines is something the ePO generates, and is specific to your environment and ePO server. It would make sense to me that if you changed your ePO server's IP address without correspondingly updating the agent on all the workstations that you would have problems.
You would probably be best served by engaging McAfee support unless you can provide more details and a better description of your problem (preferably without caps lock on).
