    Agents not reporting in after 4.5 upgrade




      I have just upgraded our server from 4.0 to 4.5. all our clients have 4.5 (patch 1) agents.


      Most of the agents are reporting in but I have several subnets of clients are not reporting in. The ports didnt change during the upgrade. The clients on the subnets are getting their VSE updates but for some reason I can not get the actual client's agents to communicate with the epo server.


      I have tried a fresh install of the agent but that hasnt worked.


      Is there some where in the new 4.5 epo console to block access to subnets etc ? if so how do I unblock it ?


      any ideas ?
